Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Cambridge is seeking an experienced transformation leader to design, mobilisation, and deliver large-scale change programmes that achieve outcomes, milestones and benefits.

You will lead governance, manage risks and interdependencies, work with clinical, operational, digital, finance and system teams to implement new models of care, and influence senior leaders at executive committees.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex digitally enabled change in a large healthcare or comparable organisation.
• Strong programme and portfolio management, analytical, financial and stakeholder-engagement skills.

You will bring excellent programme and portfolio management, analytical, financial and stakeholder-engagement skills, together with the ability to translate strategy into sustainable delivery.
