Job summary

A public safety organization in London is seeking a Learning & Development Head of Operations. Qualifications

  • Significant experience of financial management including constructing and managing substantial budgets.
  • Experience in working within learning and development services is desirable.
  • Expertise in staff management and team building.
  • Strong understanding of policy development and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve performance results against challenging plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage L&D business operations effectively ensuring effective delivery.
  • Develop and lead business function, liaising with Finance and HR.
  • Lead on developing an Income Generation Strategy.
  • Construct and manage a viable budget to achieve training aims.
  • Provide business input into operating partnerships.
