SIXT is seeking an inspirational and commercially driven Head of KAM Sales to lead our New Business and Account Management teams within the car rental sector. This is a strategic leadership role for someone with extensive car rental or leasing experience exceptional sales acumen and a proven ability to lead high-performing geographically dispersed teams.
You will be responsible for executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth market penetration and best-in-class client experiences. Your leadership will shape the future of B2B rental sales at SIXT as we continue our rapid international expansion.
You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals driving performance across the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Your leadership will set ambitious targets implement best practices and ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators.
Leading by example you’ll coach and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability learning and collaboration. You’ll recruit top talent enhance skills through training and promote shared success across both new business and account management teams.
