A leading forensic services company in the UK is looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure responsible for managing the technology infrastructure across multiple sites in Europe. This role requires extensive travel, and the successful candidate will oversee all operations, ensuring security, budget management, and team leadership. As Head of IT Infrastructure you will be responsible for the implementation and operations of all Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) technology infrastructures, which includes data centres, network and server services, telephony, service monitoring, user support / help desk, workstation management, servers, storage and related software.
This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, reliability and security for all IT systems and infrastructure. You will lead the Infrastructure and Operations team of professionals with overall responsibility for technology infrastructure planning and deployment of technology for various projects across Europe.
