Job summary

A fast-growing group of health clinics is seeking a Head of IT to lead all technology operations across 18+ sites. Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems while providing empathetic leadership during a period of transition. The ideal candidate will have senior IT leadership experience in a healthcare environment, strong cloud and cybersecurity expertise, and excellent people management skills. This role offers a hybrid work model with regular onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated multi-site environment.
• Strong infrastructure, networking, cloud (Azure/M365), and cybersecurity expertise.
• Experience with EMR/EPR systems and business-critical applications.
• Hands-on approach with comfort working across clinics.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, governance, security, and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all clinics.
• Provide hands-on support for escalations and critical issues.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and integration projects.
• Manage IT budget, suppliers, contracts, and service providers.
