Job summary

Capital Resourcing Group is recruiting for a Head of IT at a multi-site UK law firm located in Yeovil, Taunton and Exeter. This hands-on leadership role guides IT strategy, transformation and daily tech operations, leading seven staff and collaborating with Partners to shape the firm’s technology roadmap.

You will drive IT strategy, oversee M365/Azure, cyber security and vendor relationships, and manage budgets and investments to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Current or recent IT leadership experience within a UK law firm.
• Strong legal technology and transformation experience.
• Broad knowledge across M365, Azure, cloud, infrastructure and cyber security.
• Strong leadership and senior stakeholder-management skills.

We’re working with an established multi-site UK law firm looking for a Head of IT to lead its in-house technology function.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for the firm’s IT strategy, transformation and day-to-day technology operations. You’ll lead a team of seven and work directly with Partners and senior leadership to shape the firm’s technology roadmap.
