The Mercer Insurance Solutions team has a mandate to grow both advisory and asset-based revenue with a goal to ensure that Mercer's efforts in the insurance segment are well aligned to corporate and country strategies. This necessitates a clearly articulated proposition, a focused solutions and product offering and dedicated sales activity alongside excellent client service and relationship management. We operate as part of Mercer's Investments business and work alongside Marsh McLennan colleagues at Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman to leverage our group insurance expertise. The aim is to differentiate Mercer through a strategic and technical understanding of the environment these clients operate in and to support them through first class relationship management, client service, strategic partnerships and innovation.
