A leading insurance solutions provider is looking for a Head of Insurance Solutions Sales in London. The successful candidate will be pivotal in business growth with UK insurance clients, delivering market-leading propositions and leading negotiations. Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the insurance industry are essential. The role also includes mentoring junior colleagues and enhancing client relationships.
The Mercer Insurance Solutions team has a mandate to grow both advisory and asset‑based revenue with a goal to ensure that Mercer's efforts in the insurance segment are well aligned to corporate and country strategies. This necessitates a clearly articulated proposition, a focused solutions and product offering and dedicated sales activity alongside excellent client service and relationship management.
We operate as part of Mercer's Investments business and work alongside Marsh McLennan colleagues at Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman to leverage our group insurance expertise. The aim is to differentiate Mercer through a strategic and technical understanding of the environment these clients operate in and to support them through first‑class relationship management, client service, strategic partnerships and innovation.
