Church Army are looking for a Head of Initial Training who will lead a committed training team and play a key role in ensuring that our formation, teaching and equipping enable Evangelists and Pioneers to thrive in a rapidly changing church and mission context. You will bring together theological education, creative teaching, formation and practical mission, ensuring that our training remains both academically robust and deeply rooted in the realities of ministry.
