Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a senior information security leader for a high‑impact transformation assignment with a major UK organisation. The role sits across IT, OT and Digital, with a focus on defining strategy and maturing cyber capabilities.

You will stabilise the team and evolve the operating model, with some flexibility to work 2 days a week if needed. Bath-based presence and remote work options are available during a 6‑month contract.

Responsibilities

• Define the future Information Security strategy.
• Lead and develop a 15-person security function.

• Improve security governance, architecture and risk management.
• Advise senior leadership on cyber risk and strategy.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities.
