About the role

As Head of Inclusion you will manage a Service of Lead SEMH outreach workers and Advisory Teachers who will offer proactive support to children their schools and their families to support children to be included in their mainstream schools and settings. Your Service will support children from 0-25 in a range of settings. You will be skilled in understanding and working with neuro-diverse children and trained in trauma-informed practice. You will be an inspirational leader who understands the importance of restorative approaches in highly stressful situations and who maintains high ambitions for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading Inclusion Strategy for the Borough
  • Managing Services for Children with in Early Years settings; children with SEMH needs; medical needs and who are electively home educated.
Qualifications and Requirements

Yo must be a Qualified Teacher with significant leadership experience.

Satisfactory DBS check;

Continued professional body registration;
