Our client are seeking an experienced and proactive HSEQ Manager to lead Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across fast‑paced, multi‑site logistics operation. This is a key role in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the business. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will oversee the management systems, certifications, training, and audits while acting as the business's trusted advisor on all HSEQ matters.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Health & Safety Management System.

Maintain up‑to‑date H&S policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

Liaise confidently with external bodies including HSE, local authorities, insurers, auditors, and accreditors.

Deliver engaging H&S training programmes tailored to departments and roles.

Champion a proactive safety culture through campaigns, workshops, and toolbox talks.

Lead accident and incident investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.

Produce and present H&S performance data, KPIs, trends and improvement plans.
