A public sector shared service centre is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee the transformation and strategic development of the HR Operations function. You will lead a large team accountable for performance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a complex regulatory environment and knowledge of SaaS HR systems. The role offers flexibility in working patterns, requiring in-office attendance at least twice a week.

We are now seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to join the team reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
You will have end-to-end accountability for the leadership transformation and strategic development of the HR Operations function. You will lead a large operational team with direct accountability for performance compliance technology implementation risk and client satisfaction. You will also play a central role in organisational transformation supporting the transition to new ERP platforms and designing the Target Operating Model of the future.
This is a critical leadership role with visibility across the Executive Team clients and our transformation programme. You will be the voice of HR Operations at the top table ensuring strategic decisions are informed by operational insight and service-user at senior leadership level you will shape the long-term direction of HR services ensuring resilient accurate and efficient delivery for over 40000 users across multiple central government organisations
