A local recruitment agency is seeking a Head of HR to lead the people strategy in a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in an SME, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with UK law. This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 FTE with the potential for full-time work.

As HR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s people strategy – ensuring the client continues to attract, develop and retain top talent while maintaining a positive, supportive culture. Reporting directly to the Operations or Managing Director, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and a Fractional People Director to shape and deliver a Strategic People Plan.
