A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Head of HR for a part-time position in Bexwell, UK. You will oversee HR strategy while ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR management experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The salary is competitive, between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, with an option to transition to full-time in the future.

As Head of HR, you'll be the driving force behind the company's people strategy - ensuring the client continues to attract, develop and retain top talent while maintaining a positive, supportive culture. Reporting directly to the Operations or Managing Director, you'll work closely with senior leadership and a Fractional People Director to shape and deliver a Strategic People Plan.
