Job summary

A public sector shared service centre is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee the transformation and strategic development of the HR Operations function. You will lead a large team accountable for performance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a complex regulatory environment and knowledge of SaaS HR systems. The role offers flexibility in working patterns, requiring in-office attendance at least twice a week.
