In This Pivotal Role, You Will

• Lead and inspire a team of People & Culture professionals, driving collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Champion operational excellence across all People & Culture processes, ensuring our systems, data, and policies empower both employees and leaders.
• Oversee and optimise our HRIS and other people systems, using data insights to guide smarter decision‑making.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes are seamless, efficient, and elevate the employee experience.
• Lead initiatives around engagement, well‑being, and DEI - ensuring our values come to life every day.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic people transformation and change programmes.
• Maintain compliance across all operational areas, ensuring our policies and practices are future‑ready and legally robust.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five‑day working week.

Skills And Experience Required

We are looking for an inspiring, commercially‑minded leader with:

• Significant experience leading HR or People Operations within a complex, fast‑paced organisation.
• Strong HR systems knowledge (ideally including HRIS optimisation and analytics).
• A continuous improvement mindset, with proven experience streamlining processes and elevating service delivery.
• Deep understanding of UK employment law and ideally some exposure to European employment frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills - someone who empowers their team to grow, challenge, and deliver.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and influencing abilities.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and a strong HR generalist background.
