Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proven working knowledge of manufacturing or a similar commercial sector.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, operational HR leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small HR team to deliver all operational HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
• Support and guide managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Support management to achieve commercial goals.
• Continuous improvement of HR systems and policies.
