Job summary

A family-owned nursery company based in Romsey seeks an experienced Head of HR to lead its HR and Learning & Development function. Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 or equivalent experience.
  • Strong generalist HR background supporting managers.
  • Experience leading an HR and/or L&D team.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the central HR and L&D team.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support organisational change and restructures.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with employment law.
