A growing business consultancy in the United Kingdom is looking for a Head of HR to lead and develop their HR team while supporting operational stakeholders. This role involves managing change projects, integration of acquired businesses, and navigating a unionized environment. The ideal candidate will have strong operational HR expertise and a track record in complex organizations. The position offers a competitive salary up to £75,000, a car allowance, and benefits.
