A prestigious educational institution in Leeds is seeking a talented individual to oversee HR-related change implementation activities. This key role involves developing change plans and supporting the organisation through transformation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing professional teams. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements.

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
This is a key role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of the HR related change implementation activities within the Universities academic alignment initiatives following the One Leeds implementation plan. Working closely with senior stakeholders, Heads of HR, communications leads, and members of the People and Change team, you will develop and implement change plans including, engagement, consultation, and selection processes to support the organisation through significant transformation.
Strong leadership skill i.e. the 'ability to work in partnership with senior colleagues' and to effectively manage and develop your team of professional colleagues to deliver a high quality and strategically aligned service are key to success within this role.
