Head of HR Business Partnering – VP Level
A global financial services organisation is seeking a proactive Head of HR Business Partnering to lead a high-performing HRBP team of 4 in delivering strategic and operational HR support across its EMEA business. This is a pivotal role, providing trusted counsel to senior leadership, driving people initiatives and team managment.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee a small team of HRBPs, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class HR across workforce planning, employee relations, orgchange, talent management, and engagement.
This position requires a true “player-coach” – someone equally comfortable operating strategically with executives and rolling up their sleeves to manage complex people issues and day to day activities across your client group with oversite of the rest of the business.
