Job summary

A successful manufacturing business in North Nottinghamshire is looking for a Head of HR to lead their HR function. This role involves overseeing all operational HR aspects, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience in a manufacturing or similar environment and a hands-on leadership style. Offering a competitive salary up to £65,000.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proven working knowledge of manufacturing or a similar commercial sector.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, operational HR leadership role.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The role of Head of HR will play a pivotal part in the continued successful of this manufacturing business based in North Nottinghamshire. Partnering with Senior Management and Leadership you will take responsibility for all operational and strategic HR matters. Including but not limited to :

  • Oversee a small HR team to deliver all operational HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations etc

A successful Head of HR should have :
