A values-led organisation in the care sector is seeking a Head of HR & Training to drive strategic people initiatives and ensure compliance within a trauma-informed environment. The ideal candidate will have significant HR leadership experience, preferably within care or education sectors, and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. This role offers a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 and includes excellent benefits such as 33 days annual leave and professional development opportunities.
Location: Cheadle (with regional travel)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday - OFFICE BASED due to nature of the role
