A dynamic company in Greater London is looking for a Head of HR (Maternity Cover) to lead People and Talent Strategy across multiple countries. This role involves overseeing recruitment, managing pay and reward processes, and ensuring effective budget management. The successful candidate will act as cover for the CHRO during absences. This position offers hybrid working arrangements with office presence required during the probation period.
The purpose of this role is to lead on People and Talent Strategy across the Group (multiple countries). Act as cover for the CHRO in his absence in all matters.
Accountable for: Recruitment, Pay and reward processes, Talent, PAC budget.
Location: London based, offices at Old Street.
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in office during probation period, 2 days post probation period.
Team: People and Culture (PAC)
Reports to: CHRO
