Job Title: Head of HR

About Us: A renowned industrial developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering an outstanding workplace culture is seeking a HR Director to help drive their people strategy and ensure a thriving, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with the executive team to support organisational growth and transformation.
  • Overseeing all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Driving performance management processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Managing and developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the business.
  • Advising on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Leading on key HR projects, including organisational change, culture initiatives, and leadership development.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment law and mitigating risks within the business.
  • Supporting leadership and line managers with coaching and development.
Key requirements

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader who has operated at Head of People or Head of HR level within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a senior HR role, combining strong strategic acumen with a hands-on approach. Experience across both UK and European markets is essential, along with a deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practice HR policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and influencing skills, as well as a proactive and collaborative mindset. Experience within the industrial, construction, or property sectors is desirable but not essential.
