Job summary

A leading educational organization in the UK is seeking an exceptional Head of HR to lead a Trust-wide strategy aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing the best staff. This pivotal role involves overseeing employee relations, staff wellbeing, and the overall HR service, contributing directly to the success of the schools and enhancing employee experience.
