Hackney Council is undertaking an ambitious programme to build over 3,000 new homes in the next decade across various housing types, including specialist and emergency accommodation. Our Housing Regeneration and Delivery teams manage the entire development lifecycle, from site briefs and architect selection to design and contractor procurement. We are seeking a Head of Housing Delivery to lead one of our North or South development programmes. This crucial role involves overseeing a team of 15 development management professionals, driving top‑quality capital projects, and managing key stakeholders.
