The Opportunity

We’re looking for an inspiring leader to take the reins as Head of Hotel Operations. This is a role for someone who’s not just managing the day-to-day but driving the future. What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire talented teams across all hotel operations (Front of House, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B and Maintenance).
• Create a culture that’s energetic, empowered, and relentlessly focused on the guest experience.
• Deliver operational brilliance, smooth processes, smart systems, and flawless service.
• Partner with the senior leadership team to deliver commercial growth and elevate brand standards.
• Drive innovation – challenge “the way it’s always been done” and introduce ideas that set us apart.
• Oversee budgets, performance metrics, and operational strategy to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Be a visible, approachable presence across the hotel, leading from the front with energy and authenticity.
