Qualifications

• A proven track record of leading Health & Safety at a senior level and navigating complex risk environments.
• Hands-on experience in shaping and embedding behavioral safety cultures.
• Visible commitment to Health & Safety values, leading by example.
• Skilled in learning from incidents through constructive investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Health & Safety vision and policy.
• Inspire and guide the Health & Safety team for proactive support.
• Advise and influence on new legislation impacts and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 while fostering innovation.
• Champion risk awareness and communicate lessons learned effectively.
