Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid flexible, 3 days in office/travel to sites)

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + car allowance

You’ll be the architect of our safety culture, responsible for safeguarding our people, ensuring regulatory excellence, and driving innovation across all our sites.

What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a senior health and safety leadership role, ideally in a multi-site or complex operational environment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
  • A track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential; further qualifications (NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Trainer, IIRSM membership) are a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
