Job description

About the Role

The post holder will provide leadership and technical expertise for health and safety across the college, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, acting as the competent person for Health and Safety at the college,and maintaining safe learning and working environments across our diverse educational facilities. To lead and manage the H&S team in developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety systems, policies and procedures that protect our employees and learners across four campuses with high-risk workshops,laboratories, and vocational environments.

StaffemployedatColegy Cymoedd will have responsibilityfor the safeguarding and for the promotingthewelfare of learner. Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
