  • Go Big on PLG : Partner with Product to craft self‑serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in‑app upsell journeys.
  • Get Analytical : Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A/B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter.
  • Build & Lead the Team : Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale.
