As the Head of Growth & Marketing Operations, you'll transform our marketing efforts into a cohesive, data-driven engine that drives growth. Your leadership will ensure strategies are innovative, measurable, and scalable, aligning with our business goals. You'll oversee digital channels, manage marketing operations, and lead a team of internal members, agencies, and freelancers.

What You'll Own:
  • Digital Performance: Manage website, SEO, paid channels, and conversion paths to fuel pipeline & ARR growth.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing technology stack, lead management, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Insights & Reporting: Establish reporting frameworks for actionable insights and quick decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations for alignment.
  • AI & Innovation: Integrate AI across marketing tools, content, and campaigns to enhance efficiency.
