Job summary

Join B&Q Store Support Office in Southampton as Head of Retail Media Growth. You’ll lead the growth of the B&Q Media network, building partnerships with Commercial and Marketplace teams to unlock opportunities and maximise supplier participation.

The role focuses on revenue performance, commercial strategy, and enabling capabilities across partnerships, sales operations and enablement, with hybrid working and a competitive carer package.

• Experience leading growth in retail media or ecommerce environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.

The Head of Retail Media Growth is responsible for developing and scaling the commercial organisation, including Partnerships, Sales Operations and Enablement capabilities. The role owns revenue performance, commercial strategy, customer growth and the systems, processes and ways of working required to support the next phase of B&Q Media's growth. A key part of the role is building strong partnerships with both Commercial and Marketplace teams to unlock new growth opportunities and maximise supplier and seller participation across the B&Q Media network.

In B&Q house, you’ll enjoy an onsite gym, a subsidised Costa, a canteen and restaurant, prayer room, plus open plan and cosy work spaces, an outdoor picnic area, and bike sheds for those who cycle in.

Sustainability

B&Q House has a biomass boiler, solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system. Our building also makes use of upcycled and recycled furniture and fittings, and features natural ventilation, heat retention and CO2 management, all via our very own weather station on the roof.
