• Extensive governance experience in a large, regulated organisation.
• Knowledge of SMCR and regulatory requirements for boards and directors.
• Experience designing operating models and transformation programmes.

• Lead the operational delivery for the Group Governance function.
• Develop a three-year rolling operational plan for governance activities.
• Design and adopt governance technology to support the boards and committees.
• Align resources and priorities with the Governance Leadership Team.
