easyJet’s Ground Operations Performance team is at the heart of our operational excellence. You’ll lead a talented group responsible for developing and delivering the strategic agenda for performance metrics, including the integration of AI and advanced analytics into our data initiatives. The team oversees and reports on key areas such as aircraft turnaround, airport schedule inputs, ground handling contractual performance and de‑icing usage across the easyJet network.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Ground Ops, Procurement, Flight Ops, Cabin Services, Scheduling and Business Intelligence to drive continuous improvement and operational insight.
As Head of Ground Operations Performance, you’ll be a key leader in our organisation, reporting to the Director of Ground Operations. You’ll have overall accountability for the Operational Performance Team, managing a group of analysts to deliver high quality data analysis, reporting and actionable insights that support operational decision making and strategic planning. This is a permanent role based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
