We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
This senior commercial leadership role is responsible for driving Excellent Execution, Market Share Gains & P&L growth across the Grocery and Highstreet channels. The Head of Grocery and Highstreet will lead a high-performing team and be accountable for delivering commercial success across both branded and private label portfolios. As a member of the UK & Ireland Sales Leadership Team, the role will contribute strategically to the broader commercial agenda and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
A proven ability to deliver significant positive range review results, leading to market share turnaround and substantial share gains, is essential to this role. Strong commercial acumen, team leadership and strategic focus are critical to this position.
