A leading insurance firm is seeking a Head of Governance & Assurance Business Partner to lead Health Governance and Assurance while collaborating with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have risk or compliance experience, particularly in regulated environments. This permanent role promises a salary of circa £100,000 plus bonuses, generous holidays, and flexible benefits.
Location: Eastleigh/Bristol/York/Sheffield/Norwich with regular travel to our Eastleigh office

This permanent opportunity sits within the IWR (Insurance, Wealth and Retirement) G&A shared service function operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Business Partnering the MD Health and operating as part of the Health Leadership team and operating at Board level representation and discussions. You’ll play a key role in helping the business execute its strategy safely and at pace, providing proactive risk and control challenge, guidance, and support. You’ll also collaborate across the wider G&A Shared Services team to drive improved risk management and ensure good customer outcomes.
