SFP announces a Head of General Management to oversee and work across multiple shows in production and development, alongside the Production/Development team and Business Affairs, ensuring financial and contractual integrity.

You will partner with producers and general managers of SFP's international productions, including Broadway, and lead budgets, forecasts, royalty handling, and risk management while guiding strategic decisions and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior-level experience in general management or related theatre field.
• Proven ability to prepare and manage complex production budgets and forecasts.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across producers, venues, investors.
• Knowledge of UK theatre practices, unions, and production accounting.

• Prepare and manage production budgets with finance teams and production accountants.
• Forecast financial projections and monitor performance across productions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for theatre productions, including rights and personnel.
