A leading research and innovation organisation is seeking a Head of Global Mobility to develop and deliver a comprehensive global mobility strategy. This role involves strategic leadership, policy development, and building partnerships with global institutions. Candidates should have a degree in HR or a related field and extensive experience in global mobility within complex environments. The below criteria will be scored during Shortlisting (S), Interview (I) or both (S&I).
Previous experience managing or advising on immigration matters, including visa sponsorship, tax and compliance. Previous experience in global mobility, including international assignments, postings, or secondments (S & I).
