We are seeking a visionary Head of Global HR Technology to lead the digital transformation of our overseas HR operations. In this strategic role, you will shape the future of our global people systems, streamline processes, and build innovative HR tech solutions that empower a modern, data‑driven workforce.

What You’ll Do

Lead Global HR Digital Transformation

  • Drive product planning, design, and development for overseas HR digitalisation—including workforce planning, org design, performance, and talent development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, research industry trends, map business processes, and identify user needs.
  • Convert business requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, and high‑impact functional designs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and cross‑functional teams to bring HR technology products from concept to successful launch.
  • Analyse operational data and user feedback to continuously enhance product performance and experience.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 10+ years of HR or HR project experience and 5+ years of overseas HRIS/HR tech implementation.
  • Hands‑on experience with global HR systems—Workday expertise strongly preferred.
  • Solid product foundation and proven experience building HR products from 0?1.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures and regions.
  • Experience driving HR digital transformation within multinational or overseas organisations.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
