Qualifications

• Experience of a senior finance role in the social housing sector.
• Knowledge of implementing leases and revenue recognition accounting standards.
• Proficient in improving budgeting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Partnering function to enhance financial analysis.
• Design and deliver performance reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee annual budgeting cycle ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Skills

Strong Excel skills

Skilled in implementing strong financial controls

Knowledge of IFRS and FRS102

Knowledge of tax in relation to social housing sector

Education

Holder of a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA)

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*-C)
