Job summary

Camino Search is partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed B2B platform to appoint its first Head of FP&A. Reporting to the CFO, you will build a modern, data-first FP&A capability that becomes the single source of truth for the business.

You’ll own forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning across multiple lines, design data architecture, and deliver executive dashboards for the leadership team. You’ll partner with commercial and operational leaders to translate performance into insight,

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably in a high-growth tech-enabled business.
Experience in PE-backed environments, engaging with investors and translating performance for them.
Track record building forecasting models and planning processes in data-driven organisations.

Responsibilities

Owning short, medium, and long-term forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling across multiple business lines.
Designing the data architecture and taxonomy underpinning FP&A, bringing data from across the business into one unified framework.
Building executive dashboards and self-service reporting tools for the leadership team and board.
Business partnering with commercial and operational leadership to translate performance into forecasts and insight.
Establishing data governance, validation, and reconciliation processes across all data sources.
