This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results‑driven individual to take ownership of the full F&B operation, shaping the future direction of the offering and driving service excellence.

About the Position
  • Oversee the smooth running of all F&B outlets, kitchen operations, and events
  • Continuously improve service standards, product quality, and cost efficiency
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage stock levels, financial controls, revenue tracking, and departmental payroll
  • Work closely with the kitchen team on menu development
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all outlets
  • Provide analysis of key business KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Maximise commercial opportunities, including rooftop and event revenue
