  • Lead high-performing teams - Inspire, develop, and empower multi-disciplinary operational teams to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Transform performance - Use data, insight, and KPIs to drive smarter ways of working and measurable service improvements.
  • Work as one system - Partner closely with clinical, operational, and senior stakeholders to align non-food services with patient care priorities.
  • Drive change and innovation - Lead mobilisation, service redesign, and digital transformation initiatives across the estate.
  • Deliver commercially - Own budgets, identify efficiencies, and ensure services are sustainable, resilient, and value-driven.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of NHS or healthcare standards and regulated environments.
  • A proven ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams at scale.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering services within financial targets.
