We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Associate Director Fire Safety Consultancy to lead and expand our fire consultancy practice. The role involves managing a team of fire safety professionals, overseeing complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the fire consultancy team.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow the fire safety consultancy service line.
  • Oversee fire risk assessments, compliance audits, and technical advice for clients.
  • Ensure all projects meet statutory, regulatory, and client requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of service delivery.
  • Keep the team updated with changes in fire safety regulations, guidance, and best practice.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
  • Chartered or equivalent qualification in fire engineering, building surveying, health & safety, or related discipline.
  • Tier 3 accredited Fire Risk Assessor.
