A leading housing organization is seeking a Head of Fire Safety to ensure compliance and safety for residents in Nottingham. You will manage fire safety services, oversee contractor performance, and develop fire safety strategies. Location: Waterfront House, Beeston or TJB, Farringdon. Permanent. Salary: £76,459 – £80,483 (Nottingham) or £85,067 – £89,544 (London).
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Fire Safety. Above all, your remit will be to keep our customers safe. You will be responsible for MTVH’s fire safety, and manage our internal FRA and remedial process. This is a critical role where you will ensure MTVH is compliant with all relevant legislation relating to these services, and liaise closely with our Building Safety directorate where support is required for HRBs. You are expected to proactively keep MTVH up to date on best practice for fire safety, in particular around Fire Risk Assessments and associated remedial works and the changes in legislation in the fire sector and ensure our fire safety service is fit for purpose.
