A leading infrastructure company in the UK is seeking a Head of Financial & Regulatory Modelling to lead the development of financial models and engage with Ofwat. The ideal candidate has significant experience in financial modelling within the utilities sector, with excellent communication and influencing skills. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £120,000, alongside numerous benefits including annual leave and private medical care.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play an integral role in making critical strategic decisions for one of the UK’s largest infrastructure businesses. As one of the largest corporate bond issuers in the UK and with a shareholder group formed of large international pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, this is also an opportunity to engage with a truly diverse range of stakeholders, including regulators, rating agencies and investors.
This is a unique opportunity to analyse the key financial drivers of the company, understanding and optimising outcomes for shareholders, customers, debt investors, and regulators. As well as giving a holistic view of the company, this role is unique in its broad scope of skills, requiring technical ability, conceptual thinking, influencing and communication skills.
