Qualified Finance Recruitment Consultant

Head of Financial Modelling required for one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted brands (Hybrid – Basingstoke/London)

Up to £110,000 (DOE) + £7,000 car allowance + annual bonus + private medical insurance

Office location: Basingstoke or London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office + regular weekly travel to Basingstoke)

Stanton House are partnering with one the UK’s leading organisation with over a century of innovation and service to millions of customers. As the business continues to expand, diversify, and modernise, we are seeking a Head of Financial Modelling to join its high-performing Finance team.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this is a pivotal leadership role owning the Group’s Five-Year Plan process and the development of a dynamic, KPI-driven financial model to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Business Units, Treasury, and senior executives to provide high-impact insight, scenario analysis, and financial leadership across the Group.

Key Requirements:

• Proven FP&A leadership experience in a large, complex, multi-product organisation
• Advanced Excel and complex financial modelling expertise
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving performance improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group Five-Year Plan process, owning the development and stewardship of the Group’s financial model
• Partner with Business Units to ensure accuracy, ownership, and accountability in assumptions and forecasts
• Collaborate with Treasury on credit rating assessments and refinancing strategies
• Deliver strategic insight through high-impact analysis and board-level presentations
• Drive improvement in modelling and reporting standards across the finance function
• Support strategic projects, including M&A evaluations and external stakeholder presentations
